Returns:

• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, unlit candles and unopened products.
  
• To start a return, email info@cedarcrate.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue.
  
• Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  

Damaged or Wrong Items:

If your order arrived broken, leaking, or not what you ordered — please reach out within 14 days of delivery. Send your order number to info@cedarcrate.com, and we’ll send a replacement or refund right away.
