Shipping
Orders typically take 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to be processed. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
Standard Orders
Standard orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Depending on your location, ground shipping takes between 3-8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for addresses within the continental United States (excluding HI, AK, and PR).
3 Day Shipping
All orders confirmed by 12:00 PM Central Standard Time will be processed same day if credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained.
3 Day Select should arrive in 3 business days, but delivery time is not guaranteed and may take an extra 1-2 days depending on your location.
2nd Day Air Shipping
Orders placed with 2nd Day Air (2 business days) must be confirmed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) before 1:00 p.m. Central Time. Credit card authorization and address verification must be obtained prior to shipping. Credit card authorization can take 24 hours for approval. 2nd Day Delivery is not available for Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada.

All items can be returned up to 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order. Please return all items to us in their original condition and packaging.
Customers are responsible for cost of return shipping. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed by Cedar Crate, unless we sent damaged or incorrect products.
