A Note About Our Candles:  

They must be stored in cool, dry conditions to maintain optimum shelf life.  

Do not place products in direct sunlight or leave in warm, humid environments.  

All our candles are handmade, so no two look exactly alike. 

 

Ingredients: 

Our candles are 100% Soy wax without any fillers or additives. Many of our fragrances have essential oils and our wicks are cotton with a paper core. Fragrance oil ingredients vary based on each fragrance, please contact us for a more detailed ingredient list. 

 

Wholesale Terms and Conditions: 

• By signing up for wholesale, each wholesaler agrees to these guidelines and must abide by them. 
• First + reorder minimum is $140 
• You may not sell our items and or designs on third parties in the US including Amazon, Etsy, eBay etc. You may also shop Cedar Crate Market wholesale on Faire.com, Fashiongo.com or Helloabound.com.  
   

Copyright and Trademarks:  

• Cedar Crate Market products hold the Cedar Crate Market trademark which may not be infringed upon. All photos are property of Cedar Crate Market and wholesalers are permitted to use photos for selling of Cedar Crate Market products only. All Cedar Crate Market photos of Cedar Crate Market products must remain unaltered.  You may not alter, photoshop, or update / reuse any photos in any way. Any photos used of Cedar Crate Market product taken from social media must credit the original creator of the content. 
• When reselling our products, Cedar Crate Market products may not be altered in any way - adding or removing design details, removing / adding stickers (other than a UPC sticker), and the like.  They cannot be rebranded. 

 
Pricing and Payment:  

All prices are subject to change without notice. Catalog and corresponding order form pricing supersedes all others. Current prices are effective from Jan 1, 2023. 

• Payment is due when your order is placed via credit card through our website, check, or ACH bank transfer. Established accounts: Net: 30.  Please do not use PayPal for payment.  All wholesale orders are exempt from additional coupons (unless we have a free shipping promo for wholesale customers).  
• Affiliate links / discount site links (honey, RetailMeNot, shareasale, etc.) may not be used to purchase wholesale.  If an affiliate link is used to purchase a wholesale order, the buyer must pay the commission.  All orders need to go through cedarcrate.com directly.  

 
Shipping:  

• We ship most orders UPS or USPS the next business day!  Orders placed during summer or hot weather will be shipped on Monday or Tuesday. Orders placed during the holiday season may take 1-3 business days to ship.  If you have a large order or are ordering items that are on pre-order or a special order, this time may be longer.   
• All domestic Freight charges are capped at 15% of the wholesale order. Freight charges will be determined at the time of shipping and added to each invoice.  
• You will receive an email once your items have shipped.  If you need your items sooner, please email us at: info@cedarcrate.com.  If your order contains items that are in stock and on a pre-order, we will ship your items in two shipments.  
  Once your order ships, you'll receive an email from us with your tracking number. 
• Orders are shipped in the least number of boxes possible and include your invoice. 

Returns and Cancellations:  

• Due to the nature of the product, returns are not accepted for any items unless damaged or mis-shipped. For damaged or mis-shipped items, a return authorization is required. 
• We package our items very well, however, if an item should arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 business days.  
• Cancelations are only accepted if your order has not shipped. Once your order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. Refunds are processed as store credit only.  
   

Claims: 

Any claims for damaged or mis-shipped items must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise by notifying your sales representative. Claims must be supported with photos of product, tracking number, and outer carton.
